It's very easy to make a case that taking on Kassian's deal alone is worth a 30ish overall pick, still shooting a very unsustainable 25% and very much 30 now

I think you valued Labanc well in many of these trades, he might be one of the most underrated NHLers alive, so anyhow the EDM should be more

I think it should be straight up traded and I think Sens would take it, Branstrom is still really good, but with Sanderson coming and with Thompsons play then they can give him up, for a good RW which they need desperately. He could fit in great with Brady and Norris, then Batherson can play with Stuztle and Pinto.

Ottawa passes

First off, convincing people here of a trade idea doesn't get a trade completed, so be honest. Trying to trick people isn't conducive to an honest conversation. Why doesn't Labanc fit the SJS system? What is the major drawback that makes you decide this? Is it the fact he has zero even strength points? Or possibly that he's about as streaky as streaky gets? I've written here in previous ACGM's that I'm opposed to acquiring Labanc, because there are just too many red flags, and I value right shot forwards more than left shot forwards.

Ottawa can get a better return for Brannstrom, or just play him. One of Del Zotto, Mete, or Brannstrom will be gone before next season, and it's going to be dependant on the return on which one goes.
