Well I think you are low on your Marner trade, but not real low. Getting Hertl to sign a somewhat reasonable contract with approximately 5 year term is a good start. Probably add a 1st instead of a 2nd, since Sharks are trending towards a middle of the draft team. Labanc is overpaid for what he brings. So maybe look to retain, not a lot but maybe a million or so. Just my thoughts.
Kane is gonna end up a buyout unless some dumb GM gets desperate.
