And both of those are completely unreasonable nor would any team do a similar trade. Lysell or Carlo would only be included if someone like Petterson comes back and Vancouver won't do that.

How much do you expect a high-end forward with term to cost? If you think a late 1st and a bunch of junk is gonna work I dunno what to tell you

Considering what Eichel got, who had more term and is younger plus a certified 1c, this value is pretty fair.

It's not and trying to compare this to the Eichel trade is laughable. Foligno got traded for a 1st so the value isn't really fair

Nucks decline.

Nothing of interest beyond the 1st.

Foligno came half retained by another team and it was at the deadline. TDL tends to add value for lesser talent. There's no chance of Lysell or Carlo for a 28 year old with 2 years left. Not saying this deal can't be worked out to include a different piece but if you think Lysell or Carlo would be involved then you're nuts.

I think they'd have interest in DeBrusk, but likely not Haula or Senashyn. Don't see Boston giving up Beecher or Lysell though.

I’d do 1st and Lysell for JT or Bo if they took Moore and Wagner as well. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think that would be the only way they would as well. Horvat has struggled this year, but him playing behind Bergeron would be fantastic. Only 26, great PK guy to take some pressure off the dynamic duo.

Sensyshen is not a NHL prospect anymore. Maybe instead of 2.3m Haula, Canucks retain 2m. Then Miller for DeBrusk, a first, a true NHL prospect, and mid level NHL prospect.

But really, I don't like the idea of trading a player "who wants out". Soon you have another eight players on the Bruins unhappy with their situation, knocking on the GM door wanting out too.

Yeah Senyshyn and Haula are just meh for the Canucks and you know it. Debrusk is only interesting, and then a 1st.

Even if you think this would work, another team will put together a better offer

I think a better package could be made, but DeBrusk and 1st would be included. It wouldn't be Lysell or Carlo like the above guy mentioned. Realistically, what would you like?

I mean I'm not a hardcore* Canucks fan but Miller could be a contender's 1LW or 2C with ease and he still has another year under contract. A 1st is definitely happening, along with a very good prospect and a mid-round pick.

Carlo is an absolute no and it's funny every time a Vancouver fan mentions it. Lysell was a great pick this year and I can see why you wouldn't want to let him go but the problem is Boston doesn't have a deep prospect system. Beecher and Studnicka are pieces but they may not have much other quality pieces to give Vancouver that another team won't be able to top to get Miller.

I'm not a huge Bruins fan, wife is which is why I follow them so closely. I do think Studnicka or Beecher could be included. I'm not very sold on Beecher. DeBrusk, Beecher and a 1st I think isn't bad.

Another unfortunate thing for Boston will be that Vancouver is probably looking for quality RD prospects ideally

If anything they would probably want an NHL rhd. They have Woo and Juulsen is good if he can recover fully.

Horvat is a very solid two-way 2C that often plays the other teams top lines, strangely enough however he has never been a good PK guy, always struggled on the PK.

I feel like he used to be quite good on the PK. It appears that his time was drastically reduced the last couple years though. I haven't watched him as closely the last couple of seasons.Makes no sense to me. Either way, as you said he's a solid two-way player. Fit right into the Bruins.
