Uh, Minnesota says no. May be 3rd round pick, but Minnesota doesn't have any interest, or need fir 32 years 4th line winger, or winger at all

It’s fine to not have interest - albeit Smith has dealt with injury and gotten off to a slow start. He’s not a 4th line winger. I was actually gonna comment that the return for him in my mind was light -

He wouldn't play in MIN.. at all. In what world is 3rd round pick light for 32 years old bottom line W/ c?

They’re 11-8 dude…settle down. The biggest issue is the lack of games played. I’m also not sure you really know who craig smith is.

I agreed with you that it’s fine if Minny doesn’t have interest. But in terms of value - Foligno got a 1st round pick, Janmark (way less productive then Smith) got a 2nd and 3rd. And a 36 year old Eric Staal got a 3rd and a 5th. I mean someone would definitely pay more then a 3rd for Smith at the deadline - it doesn’t have to be Minnesota.

Stats are great. I use my eyes. The Defense has been bad. You cant win relying on marchand Pasta and 100 year old bergeron to do all the scoring. Goaltenders are inconsistent (dont even get me started on the ullmark contract).

Games played has nothing to do with their issues. The bottom 6 forwards blow. In the next 6 games your season may be over. And marchand is gone for 2 more. Meanwjile Reilly, carlo, forbort give you nothing.

rask is likely to be signed in mid to late Jan. its pretty clear debrusk will be traded which sucks but they should get something decent enough back for him. Goaltending issues stem from inconsistent play. hard to get rolling when you arent playing a bunch. their schedule is finally catching up but bruins arent like 4-14 here. secondary scoring does need to pick up though, shots will go in eventually. Ide like to add a defensive dman to the mix i feel like we have enough 2 way/offensive threats.

I’m not on the team. This isn’t my season.

Carlo is freaking awesome. Forbort stinks. Reilly is up and down.

This team is fine. I wouldn’t say a playoff lock, but probably 90% or so.
