Shaw isn't going anywhere. Neither is Daley. It's either Versteeg or Bickell on the move.

Admitting Bickell would be ideal for Hawk's trade. But so far no takers . Only spot I see him going is Buffalo or Toronto with his NTC, and both will want something else in return.

Versteeg alone won't shave off enough salary, and moving Bickell is probably too costly to actually pull off (Teuvo as a sweetener?).

I think there's a good chance Steeger and Shaw are both out.

Lari if the hawks didn't want to give up Teuvo (which would've been the final piece to acquiring Kesler), they aren't going to move him to gain cap space.

I'd have to agree, I don't see Shaw going anywhere.
Also can't imagine the Hawks giving up their top prospect/rookie in any sort of deal.
I do like the movement of Daley plus a sweetner for a defending defenseman.

If I were the Hawks Shaw would be the first person I'd be looking to trade. He's a decent player but his value is definitely inflated right now.
