Description

Trade originated from KINGS67 and I think that the value is too much to say no. Madden adds to our underwhelming prospect pool and the two picks would be good to either keep (preferably keep the 2022 pick because of how stacked the draft is) or to move at the deadline for a rental. It doesn't really help the Bruins now, which I don't love but I think if this package was offered I'd still accept it unless there was equal value from another team that gives an established NHLer to the Bruins. LMK what you guys think Bruins fans.

I think it's an overpay by LAK -- but if offered, BOS should jump on this.

It also gives them cap space + draft capital to potentially use in another deal addressing their need for a top 6 forward. I think they should keep the picks considering their farm system is pretty barren right, but it gives them options.

Reign will be in the running for the Calder cup and Madden is a big part of that team.

He probably won't be available during the offseason. Probably a month tops if the rumors about a lt of teams being interested are true

Not my original idea. I'd take it tho lol. I definitely think that the value is lopsided but I wouldn't complain.

Is DeBrusk even an a significant improvement over someone like Kempe? I agree, Kings need to add a top 6 LW, but not sure if DeBrusk is the right target. I'd much rather pay more than that to aquire someone like Bertuzzi.
