Caps have no need for Chiarot, willl be all but a 6 or 7D on the roster, and Perreault isn't needed when Washington can instead move Hathaway to the 4LW and have Leason as the 4RW. No way Washington willingly gives up a first and a second for this return, even with dumping Kempny and Hagelin's contracts.

Edit: And Jake Allen, who has been below league average in 4 of the past 5 years...guy is worth about a 3rd.

Edmonton has absolutely no need for a below average backup goalie. And they certainly aren't about to overpay for something that they don't need.
