GM Game Master Thread

OK. Here's a game that people can play if they want where people can pretend to be the GM of a team, and we can make trades and stuff as if it's the offseason (no vegas expansion trades until we get closer to the expansion draft, though you may talk about those trades). You may ask for a team, and i will give you that team if it isn't already taken. My favourite teams are the Rangers and Islanders tied, so i'll be the Islanders. Each person may only be the GM of one team.

I've updated my trade block and wishlist on my page. Of note, Tanner Pearson is available and I am looking for forward depth to my big club while keeping in mind of being close to the cap

Thoughts on how I've done as Columbus GM? Also, I may have an extra RW so once season is over and I finalize a trade I may be able to send a RW away. I'd also be open to trading away UFA rights if anyone wants them for the CBJ. Gagner, Quincey and Tynan are the main ones that would garner any interest if any.

Well you haven't traded me Bobrovsky for a 7th round pick so, not very well, lol, just joking, I'd say on a scale of 1-10 I'd say a 7-8

That's fair, I mentioned 3.5x 5 earlier when inquiring about Beaulieu and most seemed ok with that too

I think 5.25 x 6 max. He's had some injury issues in past. Good player, but I think 5 is reasonable.

So what happened with Neuvirth?? that was really weird.

Anyway, back to the main thing i was trying to say: Maybe give johnson at least 5.25mil a year. Also, the carolina signings look good.

Should I make a 2017-18 team or keep the 2016-17 team I have? Because I have much more picks in my 2016-17 post that I am currently using in trades, and if I make a 2017-18 post I won't be able to see what I have for this year's picks that easily.
