Zach Hyman is exempt anyway. But no they still would be eligible to be picked because you're signing them for net season.

They still can be picked by LV. RFAs and UFAs can be picked as long as LV drafts 20 players that are under contract in 2017-2018

Habs were intimidated tonight. Recent injuries just before playoffs don't help, probably making players nervous. Refs definitely let them play as well, standard playoff rule adjustment period time.
