Allen doesn't have much value. Maybe a 5th to a team desperate for a goalie? He's a downgrade from both Talbot and Kähkönen for MN.
Toffoli is on a good contract, but is older and a downgrade from Fiala.
This trade just makes the Wild worse.

Value is probably fair, but if MTL is rebuilding (which is likely if they are moving out Toffoli and Allen) then they aren't a good fit for Fiala. They would be better off keeping the picks and getting more picks or prospects for Toffoli and Allen.
