If I was Tampa I would prefer Cernak over Klingberg, and not sure why they would want to make that swap with the avs, Rutta makes less than Murray and probably the better dman at this point

Dont really see the net positives here, arguably the D core is worse and they burned a 1st round pick in the process

Make it Foote+Rutta+1st for Klingberg and then pay a third for a third party to double retain his contract. You get a playoff stud offensive D and save money, and DAL gathers futures and pieces of need.
