Not sure this will work for DAL. They'd rather hold out for a first and players that won't affect their cap significantly next year IMO

This does not work for Dallas. Dermott & Kerfoot really don't do anything for the Stars & where this team is headed. A rebuild is approaching Dallas & their sole focus should be on getting as many future assets as possible.

A 1st, Holl, and a prospect along the lines of Robertson, Amirov, Knies, or Niemela are along the lines of where a trade with Toronto SHOULD start.

A first, Holl and a top prospect for a guy that wants a trade? To start?? Nope

It's fantastic that the NHL finances its teams and builds new homes for them. If it had been like this before, I would have sent my son to play hockey when he was a little younger. I wonder how much it will cost them to buildcost them to build? Because as far as I know, the house will be significant so that the whole team can live in it. But in fact, it's nice to watch every team funding because this is how sports are developing. And this makes us rejoice, if only because the NHL sees a prospect in many teams and thereby sponsors them. What is your favorite team?
