LA declines and take out Pajamas from the Vegas deal.

Did you look into what the Kings need and don't need before you made this trade proposal? Hint: It's not RD. Outside of the NHL alone, they have Clarke, Grans, and Spence.

In addition, that's not enough for Turcotte. Change out Lundkvist for K'Andre Miller and there would be a serious discussion.

The price for Turcotte is K'Andre Miller + 2nd.

Aside from the value though, those are smart moves. Get your centre depth and Reilly Smith seems like he'll be on the move anyway. Turcotte hasn't really shown that he's ready to hunker down a centre spot for a deep playoff push yet though has he?

Just nailing down what my friend @PuckLuck_77 said: Our depth at RD:

Drew Doughty
Matt Roy
Sean Durzi
Sean Walker
Brandt Clarke
Brock Faber
Helge Grans
Jordan Spence

The last guy we'll be trading for is Nils Lundkvist, even though he's a fine prospect.

I'd trade just about any prospect or rookie not named Braden Schneider for Alex Turcotte. He's gonna be great and we need him more than LA does (they have like 7 current or future top 6 centers already lol)

Turcotte wouldn't help with this playoff run per se but I think the Rangers know they aren't winning a cup this year so it would moreso set them up for the future. Since Smith is so cheap, might as well add him on as a rental for this season just to help add some vet insurance in case Kakko keep struggling

The article I was reading didn't specify which side of the defense that the Kings needed, just that they have lots of center depth and would probably want top D prospects back. For Turcotte, I am sure the Rangers would be willing to part with Miller but not if they have to add much more value. Or they might counter with Zac Jones (A prospect LHD), Matthew Robertson (B prospect huge LHD) and a 1st for Turcotte. At some point, both teams have to move their depth for needs so it could be a nice fit

Yeah fair enough. I made the comment since you had him as your 3C. It looks like he hasn't been playing regularly for LA who are not as strong as the Rangers. I'm being overly pedantic though
