Leaf trades are the absolute hardest trades to tell whether someone is trolling or not because some fans will probably argue that this is a great deal hahaha (EDIT: for Philly)

You're not allowed to include Holl in any Leaf trades because he's better than all other D options.

He's better than Braun. This response is a massive overreaction to anyone valuing Holl. He isn't the best but he's been good for us. Can he be improved of? Yes but Braun isn't better. Most of the guys traded to TO are just not that great no better than Holl. That's the point.

This trade above isn't enough because Giroux is likely going to get a better return and we are dumping Ritchie. But looking at this from Holl vs Braun, that's not a benefit to the Leafs. He is at best the #6 on the team even with Holl traded.
