    Not sure that gets you Chychrun alone.

    Boston declines. Seen worse ideas, but can’t see the interest from B’s end.

    Boston doesn’t want holl, and doesn’t want to trade with toronto.

    Thats not close to getting chychrun.

    Makes no sense for the Leafs to trade Holl for DeBrusk. Same with Crouse not really needed at LW
    Leafs shouldn't be trading assets for a LHD,
    Leafs get marginally better this year, but then can't afford DeBrusk QO this summer and maybe even Crouse's contract. Too many futures given up for really not much of an improvement

    They have the #1 rated defense in the league. They need a LD1. They have a ton of back end options.

    Just take Ritchie out of it.
    Even if you send him to Arizona, do it in separate deal along with a pick or something.

    And send the Arizonan (no, the other Arizonan) back.

    5x5 expected goals against per 60 - 1.99 is #1 in the league. Throw in the fact they are doing that with the 26th rated goaltending i’d say the D is just fine.

    The complaints are about getting a top pair LD to play with McAvoy. Holl would probably be the bruins 10th d man. He’s useless for them.
