Don't think your going to get 50 retained on miller and I think Millers value goes down when you attach Myers ...you've got poor Nashville giving up way too much

Canucks don't lose anything retaining on miller for 1.5 more seasons, besides even more return. Miller @ 2.6 for 1 season is EXTREMELY valued...

and yes and no. Myers isn't negative value, especially when you retain 900k

NSH declines. Breaking the trade down:

Tolvanen, 1st, 2nd for Miller. Miller is an upgrade on Tolvanen today but not worth that cost.

Fabbro is much younger and Myers isn't any better. Fabbro's metrics are better pretty much across the board. This does nothing for NSH except saddle the roster with another older player with salary and term.

Myers doesn't have that much term left, only 2 years

I’ve seen some bad trades on here but this one is a different kind of bad because you seem to have tried really hard.

Nashville would never do this. Terrible deal for them.

I agree, Preds are on the edge of a full rebuild anyways. It'd be stupid to trade youth for rentals.
