That's probably close to fair value for Graves but idk, retaining 1m for two playoff runs and taking on Turris's cap... and Devils are well-stocked on LHD prospects as is (though I quite like Broberg).
Eh, if I'm feeling a little squeamish about it, it's probably a fair deal.

They have to make the playoffs but their GM literally said on air he didn't want to move any valuable pieces (Prospects, 1st and likely 2nd rounders) so I don't know what they could expect?
