Funny thing about Anderson he plays great against the Leafs. But gee, I see his stats, he must be very ordinary or worse against the other 30 teams.

Montreal doesn’t retain cap for like 5-6 years. It would be dumb. In term of value it’s good for Montreal.

It's Hagel Hysteria in Leafs Nation right now. Josh Anderson will have to wait his turn.

The last couple of games are a small sample of what he could do. I'm not suggesting he's going to be a p/g player. He still needs to find consistency, but he's shown some of what could make him a more effective player.

I hope this continues under a less stifling coach and he's able to use his abilities more effectively and build more chemistry with Suzuki and Caufield.
Until now he's been somewhat limited by the likes of Tortorella, Julien, and Ducharme, who never really used him effectively.

This Josh Anderson is the one I've been against trading all this time, and why I say it would take a lot to pry him away if I were Montreal. I hope to see a lot more of this line for several years.

The chemistry Josh is developing with Cole, that is priceless. Those 2 are having so much fun and creating so many chances for each other. You don't trade that away, imagine if Tampa had traded Lecavalier, or Toronto were to trade Nylander away from Matthews. Those examples have much more elite players involved but it is the chemistry they have together that is similar to Anderson and Caufield.
