Canucks decline the NJ trade. NYR probably won’t give up Schneider, so replace him with Lundkvist and up the pick to a 1st

Slightly different ideas. Value is pretty good on most of those trades too. Maybe not on the Pens trade but nice proposals overall and not too greedy I like it.

Understood most fans feel that way. Toffoli went for a 1st, late pick and prospect without retain. It's not out of the realm if NYR wanted Miller that this could happen with retained cap.

We don't need a 3rd pairing D and Halak has been bad this year, and isn't an upgrade over DeSmith. Pearson has already had a stint with the Pens. He was traded to and traded out within the same season. Imagine how badly you have to fit a team's system for that to happen.

I don't get why all the VAN fans here keep sending us Pearson.
