I don't understand this...why didn't you add any assets in return?

Regardless, Seider is untouchable and not available for anything.

Just filled the positions, I stated that in the description. The point was that these are the ideal type players we would want in those positions and the weaknesses in the Sabres young core right now. So if we drafted Wright or Nemec that would fill the position where Hughes/Seider are.

Seider is not going anywhere. And to be honest with you, I wouldn't even take one of Dahlin or Power AND a 1st. I'd rather keep Seider.

This post mis-fired because he didn't explain himself completely in the Team Explanation. What he wants to do is draft/acquire three players comparable to the players named; he's not suggesting that he's going to acquire those specific players, just their doppelgangers.

Yep, I thought "just filled positions" would have been enough but I guess not. Thx for explaining though, think with out 3 firsts this year and next we should be able to fill all but 1 of these holes. If 1C is the only remaining hole running Cozens, Thompson, and Krebs as a trio could work.

I think one of the Czech (David Jiricek) or Slovak (Simon Nemec) RDs will be available for you.

That's the hope, Nemec and then Nelson or someone at 30.

Yeah RD is the way to go I don't think this draft has a #1C,

I think Shane Wright will get there. Maybe not a hugh end 1C, but he'll be a top 20-30 C in the NHL one day in my mind.

I think the highest ceiling with he lowest risk is Cooley, he has that flash, X-Factor that someone like Zegras, Hughes, Point, Crosby possess. Used those examples because they are similar in stature. I actually think the Sabres have there own version of Shane Wright already and if he finds his scoring touch he could be all that Wright could ever be in the NHL, Cozens. Id say if the Sabres want to take a risk and maybe hit with the #1 Player in this draft I'd take Slajkovsky. I could really see him becoming a Rantenan, Barkov, Aho type player.

Seider is as untouchable as you get. It would take something crazy like power , dahlin, two firsts and cozens.
