Advertisements on the site and whether or not they are scams

I use CapFriendly on my phone a lot. naturally, i fat-finger my way into advertisements a lot. Apparently, those advertisements are coming up as scam sites on my router. Is there a way to monitor what is advertised on the site to make sure it's not a scam, or is that not possible?

Well a few inappropriate things I've seen, are: conjoined twins, and some rare historical photos

I've seen quite a few semi-nude advertisements, as well as ads along the lines of "Make $500 quick!" or "Only 1% of Canadians know this streaming trick!"
