Now I think of yeah it might be harder to get Graves out of them. What else would I add to that deal to make it more realistic?

Lagesson is a LHD, which is not useful to us, and therefore does not serve as adequate bribery for taking on Turris. If you've got any defensive RHDs, that'd do.
