If they are the ones with interest, why are you treating this as a cap dump situation? If they have the interest then they will need to pay an arm and a leg.

Their intrested, but that doesnt mean that Hextall will trade them

That’s great, teams send scouts to every team about certain players. Again both teams would have to be interested though.

Again they might be intrested in Boeser but we havent had any indication that Marino would be the one going the other way

Why on earth would the Pens trade a young, solid, right handed defenseman under long term control? Adding Rodrigues and a second? SIlly.

Fowler plays LD, we won't be trading Comtois at his low point, and we're fine with Shattenkirk finishing out his contract with us next season because the only three NHL-quality RDs we have at all are Drysdale, Manson and Shatty (meaning there's no one we can promote next year from San Diego), and there's no assurance that we'll be able to re-sign Manson. Neither of those Pens players is on our want list.

It's just a silly take. Like Scouts have been seen but remember JR knows the penguins and is probs catching up. Penguins have 0need for Boeser and should just stay on track with looking for that Rudweal upgrade.

Heard were very interested in Hagg. Good add if it happens
