Finally a fair value trade for Lehkonen, a late late 1st and a 3rd. Seems like many are screaming for a 1st + good prospect smh

If you guys doesn't have plans for Mathieu Joseph we could take him at the place of the 3rd round pick

I prefer Joseph over Raddysh on the fourth line with Bellemare. Plus he's one of our main 4 PK forwards. Part of adding Lehkonen is to get another PK body, and I wouldn't want to lose one to gain one.

I would trade Joseph after the season.

I'd take just a 1st alone for Lehkonen, so I think this would definitely get it done. I suppose the late pick could be required since MTL is retaining salary.

Also, while Lehkonen is good with pretty much anyone m I don't think his game meshes particularly well with Perry's.

No because I want to upgrade RD with Braun and it's Foote or the 2022 1st and I'd rather keep the 1st.

I assume there's a little premium involved with getting Montreal to trade an RFA player to a division rival.

Joseph could move back to that line and Perry reunite the Fine Wine Line.

1st for Braun? Am I missing something?

It's the only asset we have left in 2022 or 23. No 2nds, which I presume is the acquiring price of Braun with retention. Foote is a better match in going to Philly for Braun than adding on to the 1st to Montreal for Lehkonen.
