Some Sens fans might not like it because of Thomson and Myers but I like getting Garland and Karlsson. Also would much rather have Myers than Zaitsev so if the Sens do this, they'd might be forced to move on from Zaitsev

This is really wishfull thinking if you think that Edmonton who has cap issues is going to take on cap for nothing while giving up the more valuable piece in the deal, and actually Halak does nothing for them as he does not improve their goaltending at all, that asset could be better used elsewhere.



I'd rather not as we have a ton of RD coming up that will be better than taking on Myres contract. Plus the picks could be better used elsewhere, for me this is just a Canucks fans dreams.
