Petry is the perfect fit for Nashville's top 4, in my opinion and many others.

I even would have been ok with Myers+2nd for an unretained Petry.

So it will bever happen I guess.

I don't think Evangelista is enough incentive to get the Jets to wait a year for the pick.

I don't think Copp is enough incentive to get the Preds to trade Evangelista.

Can't see Carrier or Fabbro getting bumped out of the top four. NSH definitely has no interest in Petry without the retention, and a 1st is too much for a #5 defenseman. I don't see a deal here.

It's not a negative opinion. I just don't know if it is enough incentive for the Jets.
