A 4th and 6th on top of Sprong. Pretty good trade for Caps, but I also think Sprong will fit in well with Seattle.

could have gotten alot more for gio based on the market, i get him wanting to come to toronto played a factor, but he made this team terrible from the get go

Not really. They got similar returns. Habs got a late 1st, late 4th, and an ok prospect. Seattle got two late 2nds and a 3rd. Chiarot also has a better contract. And I don’t think they are that far apart value wise. They are both bottom pair d on a good team at best.
