The Habs would happily give up Suzuki, Caufield, top 5 pick and whatever else for Mcdavid. Not sure about the other 200 pieces in the deal though. Take the top 5ost valuable pieces, not much more then that though.

You forgot to add; Justin Barron, Carey Price, Marty St Louis to coach the team (this would probably help the Oilers win), Kent Hughes and Jeff Gorton to make the best trades and of course the 2024 1st round pick.
