His inconsistency is driving me mad. Same with Fiala btw. But I think Fiala with extension is a better asset than Fiala pending free agent.

Nylander is a perfect comp. I'd be really happy if we got Fiala at $7M AAV on a long term deal

Ducks decline.

Stolarz is a great backup and has an easy contract. There’s no need for Anaheim to take on Talbot’s contract and only with a late 3rd coming back in return.

If anything I think this would be a smart move for Toronto or Edmonton

It's just weird there hasn't been any reports of any extension talk with Fiala.. I just think the gm has made his decision with Fiala. Not in a good way.

Who backs up Fluery?

We saw how he was with the workload in Chicago up to this point of the season, they'd need someone to play 30 games.
