Samuelsson absolutely will be a regular, he is already better than De Haan so just move Bryson over and slot Sam on the 3rd pair left side. I'm not so sure I'd want Fiala on our team, I've heard he has some attitude issues/egotism. Not sure if that's true but if it is, no thanks. Olofsson can score 25-30 goals when he's healthy, Asplund is invaluable on the PK. Not worth it for us, target a UFA winger if you want one

No from Winnipeg. They aren't trading a good RHD for a replacement level unneeded winger and a 2nd.

I think the whole point of Minnesota trading Fiala is to save some $. Olofsson will probably get 3.5-4 in arbitration so this doesnt really help. The Demelo trade is a home run, so i assume unless WPG hates him now theyll say no

3.5-4 is still a good 3m in savings at the least

but they'll have to pay him more the year after if he does well (and is a UFA). if they move him its probably for someone with term or young players/picks

Minnesota has Adam Beckman who they love abd he needs room. His rookie contract is expiring. So they aren't trading fiala to take on another lesser player who needs to get paid. So victor o does nothing for Minnesota
