As a Sabre fan, I think the exchange is fair.
While Woo does not add much to the trade, and Buffalo has other GK prospect, they could use Myers and DiPietro be a useful back up.

Do you think Myers and Owen Power could work as a pair?

I am probably the only Sabre ACGM who thinks Myers would be a good fit on the Sabres.
IMO he would fit with either Power or Dahlin.
He is not the offensive player many Sabre fans expected, but he had become a good defensive defenseman.
DiPietro, Myers and Woo for a third and sixth would be a good pick up.
Myers at $6,000,000 is over paid, Woo may develop and DiPietro could prove to be a decent back up GK.
