The only thing these adjustments do is make us front runners for Bedard

What is your rationale for Sharangovich as a 4C?

Thanks for doing a Devils ACGM

A few things...

- Luke Hughes is staying at Michigan for 2022-23, probably signs in April 2023.
- Alex Holtz makes lineup for sure
- Walsh, Bahl both have good chance of making lineup
- McLeod won't be demoted (has to pass through waivers and would definitely get claimed)
- Lines need a little work (ie, Zacha is a LW, Bratt is RW, Boqvist is C)
- Top-4 should be Siegs, Sevs, Dougie and Graves (unless we move Graves)
- We will likely add a goalie (even if we are moving Blackwood, Bernier or both)
- Zacha, Tatar and/or Johnsson are candidates to move to make space in lineup for Holtz

The Devils are not going to keep Halak up if he's going to be a scratch. Luke Hughes is playing another season in Michigan. Sharangovich is a top-6 forward. He can easily slot in Tatar's place. Swap Siegs for Smith in the pairings. Siegs has been our best D-man all season. Smith on the other hand...

Finally a civil chat, appreciated.

I really so think the Devils have a lineup going into next season that doesn't need that many tweaks. Mostly just extras for injuries.

As for the lineup, I feel like the top 9 can move around any different way, with lots of different line ups. I would likely move Tatar down and Sharangovich up. With Hotlz also making the roster, just unsure where to fit him. There is so much talent, they just need to stay healthy

Ideally he would have stayed in AHL all season where he and Schmid had a great tandem going. But they were both called into action early.

Schmid has higher ceiling, big, athletic. Daws was more mentally ready. He played very well at home and had a few brutal games on road.

Next year, he could be #2 or #3 but is a ways off from being a #1.
