Even at half retained, I'm not sure the Avs would want Zucker, especially at that price. If you got another team to eat another half, they might be interested; in any scenario, I doubt you get much back.

Yeah LD is virtually set with Edvinsson/Johansson and Wallinder. And McIsaac's shoulder would bother me with 3 major shoulder injuries already.

Even if we trade McIsaac we're going to have five LD in Grand Rapids with the inevitable resigning of Lashoff as a mentor. I haven't seen enough of Viro to know where he slots in but someone is going to have to play in Toledo next season.
