I had work and family stuff to attend to all day but what the **** is going on around here. Rico I'll try and get my list to you sometime tonight, I can't do it right this second though because I need to leave for dinner with them soon.

Np. Just don't want anyone to miss the deadline if they can help it. smile

Summary of what is going on:
Someone suggested that we should make BOG and/or procedural changes.
I advised for any such discussion to be put off for at least a week, so we can prioritize free agency.
My advice wasn't heeded and now it looks like one GM is either determined to self-destruct or convince everyone else to self-destruct, with the former more likely, but he's had at least partial success.
...
Oh, and I managed to get the home signings for a couple more teams and determine the players each team can sign without competition (as the only bidder), but nobody cares about that stuff anyway.

Only players you own the rights to and have a qualifying bid of at least 50% of the highest bid on right now.
Do you own his rights? I actually recall seeing this now, but he's listed as INTL and you don't own his rights. Unless you have an argument that says otherwise?

You had to make a minimum bid of $700k per year in order to match for Stafford.
Your bid of $650k doesn't qualify, sorry.

Not sure if this was previously covered, but what is the order of business for going through players that are either INT'L or players who no longer have a Home Team?

If ties, waiver order. Otherwise it's highest bidder wins.

Teams involved with those players will have to use waiver priority to break the tie. (I assume you mean max ELC's?).

I'm sorting the players out and cleaning up the UFA tracker to hide the already signed players and players with no bids, so give me some time and I'll update.

Moving this here so I know who else to keep an eye out for:
Arizona
Chicago
NY Islanders
Ottawa
Philadelphia

No, I understand the Waiver Priority and Determining Where a Player Signs. My question is, that starting a 12:00 am (50 mins) teams who won players can sign them? and if their is a tie, they can explicitly articulate whether they are invoking Waiver Priority?

Rico I talked to Werenski warrior (PHI GM) earlier today and he has no plans on matching any of the FAs he owns rights to, and did not place a bid on any players he owned rights to anyway.
