Roberts is appealing and has skill and talent, and this is more than fair!
the problem though it we have Eklund, Bordeleau, Robins, and Gushin already who are very similar to Roberts in skillset and size, what the sharks need is bigger players with skill.
to be honest we most likely accept a 3rd for Hill and with his upside and the fact that he’s put up pretty decent numbers on some pretty bad teams with really weak D structure gives you a guy who I think will hold his own for you guys. not a top 10 guy but i could see him being a top 20 guy and on a really team friendly deal.

Wow that St. Louis trade is horrible for the Leafs. A 1st rounder in a deep draft and a 50 point player who plays the penalty kill for a career 4th liner and a mid level pick? What a waste. As is the Robertson trade. He's still way too young to give up on

    1. TOR says no, Robertson is super young don't think they trade him for a backup goalie.
    2. Mrázek contract is awful, no team is taking him without TOR paying something decent, future considerations is not that.
    3. Don't see why TOR gives a 1st in a deep draft and a solid 3C for that.
    4. Sure.
Engvall doesn't take that little and Campbell isn't taking under 4-4.5M to be a starter.

    hill doesnt get you robertson
the leafs would just buy mrazek out
logan brown? a 1st? AND a much better player? horrible for the leafs
the leafs will just stick with Abruzzese. He's younger can play C and might be something other than a total bust

Bad trades for the Leafs...and Muzzin likely can't be wished away on LTIR

Got to agree with other Blues fans here. If that's the deal for Brown and a 3rd Blues take it and run.
