There will be no retention on Scheifele, certainly not for that return anyway.

Doubt you can get that much of a return for a sign and trade... And also nemeth has negative value so kravtsov and nemeth together would equal a late round pick at most.

Upgrade the 2nd to two firsts and Van accepts. Nemeth is obviously very good and not a cap dump. Plus, kratsov’s terrible KHL number obviously aren’t indicative of bad play!

Canucks pass easily on Nemeth. But if you wanna give us Kravstov I’m sure Canucks would be more than willing to take a chance on him for a 2nd

You have to think there is zero chance Winnipeg retains on Scheifele or considers moving him for such an underwhelmingly pitiful offer.

Can't see why the Canucks would make that trade. Kravtsov won't sign with the Rangers, Nemeth is a capdump and we don't need any LD.
