Both trades are just bad for Buffalo. Konecny is a good player, but he isn’t worth half that. Gudas can probably be had for a draft pick, and not even a very good one.

As a flyers fan, we are looking for something like a first, prospect and possibly a roster player for him. I think the package is an overpay, but if teams hear Philly is showing him maybe you got to overpay. Nevertheless, Olofsson and the first might be enough in this package

Hornqvist isn't worth more than a 4th round pick, And Gudas a 3rd round pick. Giving up Casey Mittelstadt for them is crazy. Johnson+1st and 2nd round pick alone is fair value for Travis Konecny.

Way too much for Konecny.
Hornquist will be available for free or Panthers will even pay you.

Mittlestadt isn't being traded for cap dump and 32 yrs defender.
