So, the Leafs are able to trade 2m X 1 year Holl for a third rounder. But they can sign a UFA RHD for 2m X 2 years. Just doesn't seem practical. Leafs are gonna have do better than Dalmstrom as 7th Dman who undoubtedly would see lots of NHL time.

Sharks aren’t taking on Mrazek and retaining half on Reimer for that. Take out Reimer and it’s close

Wilson for Nylander 1 for 1 would be reasonable if the Capitals had another Top 6 2 way player not named Ovi, and were desperate for offense, but they don't. The value of Wilson's forecheck and the fact he's become much better offensively has mad him worth a lot more than people realize, especially since so many people hate him. They would lose this deal.
Wilson would thrive in Toronto so the haul for him would be something like this, maybe a pick needed as well, as he is also on a pretty good contract, and one thats quite a bit cheaper than Nylander

It's really weird how no other fanbase includes trades for Wilson in their ACGMs. It's exclusively Leafs fans, and it's basically always some variation on WIlson for Nylander.
