Yeah Nylander is better and has an extra year. Bertuzzi cant even play in Canada anyways so pass.

I cant imagine Kuemper getting less than Gru did as a UFA
Kings are definitely saying no
Jets decline
Wings accept but leafs shouldn’t

I would honestly say both can be about the same in that regard at times as Willy and defense most of the time are not a thing

Nylander's ppg was .97 on an offense that scored 312 goals. Bertuzzi's ppg was .91 on an offense that scored 227 goals. That isn't a big difference and since Bertuzzi is much better defensively. So Detroit does decline. Plus Bertuzzi isn't what they need.

Bertuzzi is solid defensively he plays just as hard on defense as does on offense. I'm not sure Nylander knows what the defensive zone looks like.

People way over value nylander, not saying he isn't a really good player. And people really under value Bertuzzi.

How on earth does Toronto give up a nil value player and a negative value player and get two positive assets in that Winnipeg deal. Only in Leaf land. grin

Detroit passes, Not dealing winger for winger. Yzerman wants a 2C in return for Bertuzzi not another worthless winger we don't need.
