Kings pass. Durzi showed promise this season, so I doubt they'd be looking to trade him. Matt Roy or Sean Walker at retained salary could be alternate options if you're certain the Kings are the right trade partners.

Just curious what you think the cost for one of those two would be mostly Roy

I'm not certain at all lol. I originally had Roy but with no retained salary and it wasn't working. This is why I'm just a plug and not an actual GM.

They'd be stupid not to, I think. This is a fantasy land. I have no idea what I'm doing.

Los Angeles could decide to sign Kempe to a five-year or longer deal, so acquiring Nylander for only two years isn't a sensible strategy especially if it also costs Durzi. And trading for Kempe only to sign him to a two-year deal which walks him to free agency would be moronic. And the LAST player RD-heavy Los Angeles would be interested in is Justin Holl, even if we trade away two of Walker, Durzi and Spence.

That's why I called this "whatever". Because I have no idea what I'm doing.

When extending a RFA, always check to see when his 27th birthday occurs. 90% of the time, that's when he becomes a free agent absent a longer (newer) contract.
