Not enough for Bert with full retention.
Tim, Sandin, Bear, and Gio are all taking paycuts here I assume, as are Smith and Soup

You're at least $1,000,000 under both Andrew Copp and Jack Campbell.

And no way in hell is Detroit retaining 50% on Bertuzzi for that offer, A late 1st rounder plus a 4th and 5th rounder and Abruzzese doesn't get Bertuzzi at full value let alone 50% value.

That package doesn't move the needle for Bert. We're happy to keep him around!

agree with first part but Bert would be a rental there's zero chance he nets either one of those players

This is so unbelievably incorrect. Sandin was a HEALTHY SCRATCH during your first round loss. Ridiculous homer statement to make.

he was a healthy scratch because he hadnt played any games in liek 2 months. Playing a guy who hasnt played in like 2 months against the ****ing back 2 back champs in a playoff series makes as much sense as ****ting in a pool.

Sandin was hurt for over a month prior to the start of playoffs, didn't play a regular season game for over a month. When you have good defensive depth you don't play a young D coming off a long term injury. A rental winger isn't netting a solid future top 4 (or better) D

That's not an excuse for not getting out of the first round with this core for the last 6 years. Taking a team to game 7, ya lost, doesn't matter in 4,5,6,7 games. Time for a change and you have to pay for it

I think they can run it back, they were a goal away. Clearly looked like a different team this year compared to years past.

I think running out the same team year to year and not making changes when not winning is the definition of how to never win. Have to be bold and time to make a change
