Kids plus new tandem

Created by: GarthBrooks
Team: 2022-23 Toronto Maple Leafs
Initial Creation Date: May 16, 2022
Published: May 21, 2022
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Use 4th line as a sheltered line with favorable match ups and offensive zone starts. It generates offense and then shorten the bench when the teams down. Put Gio in if he signs for like 800k and move Sandin to the right, if not Neimala in.

Dubas talked big game saying these kids took big strides and they’re expecting to graduate quickly. Was he trying to save face or did he mean it?

Korpisalo bad year sign him for cheap. Wedgewood had a good year maybe he’d sign fir cheap if he’s offered a tandem start rather than a back up

Hmm tempting. I really don't want to see Mrazek in Detroit again. But I'd love another first round pick. But it's more like an early 2nd rounder. I should say yes but I won't. I can't F'ing stand the 🤡 show that is Petr Mrazek.

You literally just buy out Mrazek and be done with it. He should never wear the winged wheel again. Or else just bury him in the minors, either way he should never play for Detroit again.

Yeah I guess I'd have to make that trade as long as 🤡 show Mrazek is bought out. He'd be on our Cap for 4 years though. But that pick could always be the next Kucherov or Point with the way Stevie drafts.

Exactly my thoughts, you look at some of the players that have been drafted a bit later, even recently, and yeah you make that deal.

I would send him down but the more reasonable move for both parties would be a buyout.
