LA doesn't want Muzzin at this point in his career. We have great memories of him and hope he does well. But taking on a 33 year old player with term left on his contract at $5.6mil that's coming off of multiple concussions and other injuries doesn't make sense for anyone. Much less a team trying to get out of a rebuild.

Then you want the player who's played the most time next to Anze Kopitar for the past 4 years as well? Hard and fast no from LA, with the added bonus statement of:

"For the love of all that's holy, please stop trying to trade us Jake Muzzin."

Absolutely no interest in installing Jake Muzzin 2.0 even if he would waive his NTC, plus we could re-sign Alex Edler for less than Jake's cap hit, and we would probably get the same results without having to expend assets to re-acquire Muzz. Will you Toronto guys please stop doing this? It's like the Montreal guys with their silly Jeff-Petry-to-Detroit trades. And the idea that we would trade Alex Iafallo for him is simply cuckoo.
