Description

Per Ryan Wilson's article, looks like if Carter retires, Pens won't have a penalty. So Jeff, please retire and enjoy your $6.25M back in LA.

Pens sign an all new third line that are a pain to play against and make them a solid team that can roll four lines once again.

Correct, I was just agreeing because look at the team we can have without him. He just made an article listing players the Pens should move on.
