Kings would not do that trade. Moore was their best player. He wont be traded.

For one year of Brian Dumoulin we'll give you Jaret Anderson-Dolan, not one of the biggest positive surprises of this season for us.

You're usually fairly reasonable, but this is downright dumb. People on this board think they give up nothing to fill their needs. You have to give to get. I'm not saying you have to give up Moore, but if you think your'e going to give up crap prospects to fill major areas of need you're sorely mistaken.

Yea from January until the end of the playoffs he was their best player. Besides Kempe the Kings dont have any high end talent until Kaliyev, Byfield, Turcotte and maybe Vilardi and Kupari figure it out and get a role. Why is that funny?

One year of an expensive Brian Dumoulin doesn't really fit our needs, which are for a long-term solution at LD. My point was that you've SEVERELY undervalued Trevor Moore. And there may very well be more years of Anderson-Dolan in the NHL ahead of us than Dumoulin. I see JAD as a future ZAR.

The Jets aren't trading DeMelo for yet another LD.

Dumo is far from expensive. He's $4M. I'm not sure what you think you can get a top four dman for, but it's not going to be cheaper than that. I think you undervalue Dumo. He had an off year, but it came out he's had injury issues all season and will likely return to form. For the Pens, he's just the easiest to move otherwise I'd be fine to keep him. You probably won't be able to afford Moore after this season, so it beats losing him for nothing when defense is a more pressing need for you.

ZAR is garbage, so pass.

Lol. A nothing winger prospect and a real late pick don't add any value and aren't enough incentive for the Jets to downgrade.

Ok. I'll play along. What do YOU think Demelo is worth?

More to the Jets than he is worth in a trade. The Jets only have 2 right shot defensemen and tons of LD, so they aren't moving an RD for an LD.
