Brutal trade for the Islanders. Not even close to fair value.

    1) There's no universe where Holl is worth a 2nd. He's good 3rd pairing dman/so so 2nd pairing dman. He's worth a 3rd at best.

    2) SEA is building their team through the draft. They're not spending high picks on rentals. It serves no purpose.

Muzz is top 4 dman and the Isles don't have one signed on the left side minus Peelch. Toronto gets back Beauviller. Varlamov is equivalent to Kase, Duszak and a 4th. He did lost his starting job this year hopefully bounces back

There should be a game show where u have to guess if the person who made up the trade proposal is a child or is living in their moms basement. The answer might surprise you!

Muzzin is a top four d man is the greatest leafs fan punch line of the 21st century.

Kase is an injury prone 3rd liner, Duszak is a nothing piece, and a 4th doesn't move the needle. Muzzin is a cap dump. You're getting a top 6 winger and a fringe starter for scraps. This isn't close.

So what's Beauviller worth? Never broke 40 points, and can't afford him anymore.

Muzzin certainly could bounce back, but NYI fans love Beauvillier too much for a trade like that. From an outside perspective, I like him but I don't see why they value him so highly. I also don't watch the Islanders very often, so what do I know.

All Alex Kerfoot has to do is be Tavares’s new bailey and he can’t even do that right lol. In all seriousness I feel for Leafs fans because they have had less success with Tavares than the isles did.

LMFAOOOO Muzz isnt a top 4 dman. This was his worst season and has been one of the most underrated dman in the league.

Well first off they can afford him. Also I’m 99% certain Trotz’s scheme is meant to keep young players numbers down and keep them on cheaper deals. Lol

Ok but because you love player shouldn't change his value. Top 4 dman are hard to come by especially one with Muzz pedigree.

Kerfoot had over 50 points this season whilst not playing on the power play...

Trotz’s defensive scheme made Barzal a 59 point player. Beau can play a big role for your team in the playoffs

So y'all blaming Trotz rather than the make of the team which Lou created. Trotz was the reason for Isles success not the other way around.

Furthermore Ovi, Backstrom and more had points success under Trotz. What's Isles excuse?

Ik he can but still can't blame it on the coach. Barzal needs to play with players with speed. Unfortunately Anders Lee and Bailey aint cutting it.

Lou is a trash GM. By the time he got forwards to support the defensive core he had already traded his defensive core
