That 5,000 seat stadium may be a little bit of a turn off along with how much longer will the team actually be in AZ

Little bit got to think its the biggest turnoff of the century for a guy of his caliber. Next to the fact Arizona dont got money to give him

As for how long the team stays. Well by my guess 2023 is when we could see them leave as so far not looking good for the Tempe project.

I don't know why so many think Matthews has any attraction to sign with the Coyotes. Surely he's a man and has choice of multiple destinations much more favourable than than the "Pluto outpost", of the NHL known as Phoenix. And I'm sure Matthews has enough money that he can afford an apartment in any NHL city, and not live in his parents house in Arizona.
By the way, I don't think Matthews resigns with the Leafs.

Yeah i'm sure Matthews is just dying to play in a 5,000 seat ASU arena, I bet that team is Houston bound in the next 3-4 years. Matthews wont be wearing a Coyote jersey anytime soon.

Same with Ryan Strome he's not signing with a team that has zero desire to win.
