Balcers is close to Beau, but still a tier below, Leonard Pederson are AHL tweeners but could end up being decent depth players. Viel is a 13/14th coward fighter for tougher teams lot of quantity not a lot of value but this is a cap dump situation for Islanders i would assume so not bad.

I think I’d rather just keep Beau then, because we have a surplus of guys that should develop into good enough depth guys (Bellows, Koivula, Holmstrom, Dufour) that trading for more of them doesn’t make a ton of sense

it's like a worse version of the Michael Grabner trade from 2015

then again, Carter Verhaeghe was part of that package...

I meant if islanders consider this it would be for cap dum purposes more than the return.

If the Islanders *were* to move Beauvillier, it would be for pieces that make the team better or draft picks including at least one in the top 45.

Not for a package of meh

The entire team had an off year for various reasons. The Islanders don't have to move Beauvillier, and they certainly wouldn't for that package.

I'll say it one more time.

The Islanders have no reason to trade Beauvillier. So they aren't going to trade him for a package of your trash. Kick rocks

way to be a jerk! i never said they would. i’m only arguing a top pick and prospect is unlikely not that this trade is the best your getting. get the chip off the shoulder kiddo.

Which one of these pieces would you put on your second line like they have Beauvillier slotted?

I'm 45 years old and probably forgot more about this game than you currently know... kiddo

i’m 40, so what? and you seem to have forgotten no one wants to overpay for NY trash. 4 mil for 12 goals and you think he’s worth gold are you kidding me.

and maybe you should learn to read before you open your mouth. I said this deal isn’t logical but your ask of a top 45 pick and prospect isn’t either. but your probably not going to read this either so what’s the point.

If he's trash, why do you want him? See I'm solving your problems here left and right.

In no way shape or form did you ever say "this deal isn't logical" concerning this AGM anywhere here.

The value I posed isn't logical to you, because you can't comprehend *for the third time* that the Islanders have ZERO reason to need or want to trade him unless they are getting a real piece that improves the team. It warms my heart that this makes you so upset. I hope that when you lay your rock head down on your paw patrol pillow tonight, you think about me and grit your teeth.
