Not sure if Boston accepts. Also it shouldn’t take that much for Eller or to dump JVR

Draft capital is a generally overrated asset and they get to dump Zaitsev. Not to mention I think Konecny could put up 70 points in Ottawa

Adding or subtracting from the JVR and Eller deals wouldn't be tough to manage.

As for the Boston trade, in reality I'm not sure how they can expect much more than 2 1sts and a handful of good prospects (although I'm biased I think Foerster is going ro be a good player)

Boston probably asks for something like 5th OA + Brink as the centerpieces

Brink would be doable, I don't think in their current position 5OA is available.

OTT declines, TK is not worth 7th OA even with Zeitsev going back

I’d much rather have TK than Kemell (most likely pick) but it’s true that a top 10 pick the value is alway much higher until a name is put on that number. The 7 is worth more,

Most likely Pasta, like Chychurn, gets way over market value because some people love him

Eller is a good player and a natural Center. He isn't worth a ton but he has value

Eller will get at least a fourth. Still a good player, on a market value contract for a 3c, and only one year left on the deal so you can cut your losses in either a deadline trade to a contender or letting him walk in the summer.

OTT declines.

OTT is nowhere near so cap crunched that they would need to use 7OA to get out of <5MM in cap hit

Hmmm, not sure

It's interesting to get Konecny and get rid of Zaitsev at the same time (2 birds with 1 stone) but usually teams don't spend top assets this way...
