I don’t think Muzzin will actually be traded, and definitely not sure about the return/team. Just showing the crazy good depth leaf’s could theoretically have with that space.

Honestly Nichushkin could be the perfect fit for JT and Willy, big skilled player, i like it.

I have no earthly idea why Leafs fans love to send Holl to St Louis so much. There is no need or cap for him there.

Good think you qualified that Muzzin trade in the Team Explanation.

I think that in any Muzzin trade, you'd be taking significant cap back. But I doubt that you'd be getting as useful a player as Matt Roy. Joel Armia or Zack Kassian seems about right, but I don't think that either team is interested in Muzzin or that he would waive for Edmonton or Montreal.

Yea no shot Muzzin waves for MTL and Edmonton just wouldn’t have the space.

Have a lot of leafs fans been proposing this trade? Only reason I suggested it was because I swear there was a rumour before blues were looking to add a D at the TDL.

Not sure there's any point in trading for JP if you're signing Nichushkin. Very similar players except one is just a much better version of the other. Although, I do think it's entirely possible for JP to reach his full potential and become another Nichushkin. Regardless, I think it would be wise to have a different "type" of player.

I agree they play similar games but you can never really have enough of what they bring, Colorado has Val and Lehkonen right now who I think play very similar.
